      Good coworkers, good benefits package, remote work available, mostly friendly environment, direct managers tend to be good

      Cons

      Below average pay if not a new hire, despite the company saying they're competitive, communication from leadership inconsistent and contradicting, workloads and deadlines often unreasonable, at least yearly layoffs and company restructuring
