Pros
Integritas stands out from every healthcare company I have personally encountered. They are relationally driven and have an employee/provider centered outlook when it comes to their business model. Very few companies are truly focused on the betterment and well-being of employees, let alone healthcare companies. Integritas truly stands apart from the competition in that regard.
