Good starting pay to put your foot in the door.

Cons

After a while you need to get to a certain level to get paid commission only. It’s very hard and you make lots of calls.

Pros

Casual dress code, nice office, cool setup, not micromanaged, good PTO and benefit structure

Cons

Annual merit increases for hourly employees were reduced from 4% to 1%, and they started hiring people for cheaper after a certain point. They also got a call center software that negatively impacted the ability to handle large volumes of inbound calls. It is very hard to become a successful broker, most new brokers don't make it to commission and either get terminated or eventually work as an LC.
