Interface Engineering is extremely organized and has policies and procedures that make your workflow seamless. Compensation is competitive and advancement opportunities are available, as long as you are capable.
Cons
Your personal workload can vary dramatically week to week, which is typical of the AEC industry. This can be challenging for people who prefer a consistent, predictable, workday. I am, personally, quite comfortable with this schedule, but I admit that it isn't for everyone.
Established firm with multiple offices around the US, comprised of some of the best talent in the business and providing full array of building engineering services for many different industries. Management is very approachable and involved in day to day operations. Salary and benefits are a notch above what's considered typical for the industry. Work environment is welcoming and teamwork oriented, with resources properly allocated to meet project deadlines while maintaining a reasonable work/life balance.
Cons
Not actively involved in community outreach programs and events.
