      Good paid hoildays, good co workers,lots of overtime

      Cons

      Old equipment,maintenance always sleep or hiding and nobody cares to busy blaming someone else cause they don't wanna take the blame why equipment is broken down and blames operator

      Pay is good if workplace is unionized

      Cons

      Management is top down so no one really gets to make any decisions. The company has turned extremely corporate with a boss for every boss. Employees are treated as a number not a person.

      Pros

      Good pay they give payed time off quick and let me keep my 3 years of pto with the last company. They gave me a rise and they feed us sometimes

      Cons

      Bad work hours almost no days off you cant bring up problems to supervisor or they just tell you to mind your own business and well let some people do what ever they want because they are buddys with the supervisor
