      Pros

      Good pay, easy product, can have fun hosting events and being exposed to entry level sales. Product is so simple that AI can most likely replace the sales team.

      Cons

      - lots of internal team drama - middle managers that dont know how to manage or sell - leadership dont know how to manage or sell - favoritism - product is directly tied to market, if market is down, you wont get a single deal. - management can’t correlate business outcomes, understand expansions or deal values. They don’t understand the business or the buying persona. (Some never carried a bag).

      Pros

      Intralinks has amazing people working there. Very smart, lots of common sense, and MOST** managers are knowledgeable and not cheesy salesy people.

      Cons

      They change comp plan every year and decrease the overall pay while increasing quota. They are slow to develop updated working products in time to match the growth they want to see, so hard to stay competitive in the space.
