      Work overloads and unrealistically fast expectations (24-hour turnaround constantly), racism and microagressions from senior staff

      Leadership and Culture are amazing! The company has a very clear vision and leadership discusses how your individual role fits into that vision at every level.

      Pros

      1. Intuit is a good place to work, the work life balance is really nice. 2. The MTV campus is really nice. 3. The benefits that target WFH allows the employee to work in a comfortable environment.

      Cons

      It is too early for me to comment on this but I see that it is difficult to choose the project that you want to work in. Being an MLE I get to do Software Engineering stuff, seems like this is to get to know the product first and once there is more familiarity one gets to explore other options.
