Pros

Good pay, great benefits, stock, free charging at the office, smart colleagues.

Cons

Leaders manage by fear and control, starting at the top and it flows down to the VPs and Directors. HR is bloated and a tool of the corporation. Long hard hours working through the bureaucracy and unrealistic expectations.

Pros

Benefits, chance to work on innovative projects and use some cool tech at a fast pace.

Cons

Many projects don't get the go-ahead or get pulled at the last minute due to resource constraints. There are more great ideas than there are people and systems. Corners are cut in coding & testing leading to re-work. Mobility moves are encouraged, but the reality is they are difficult to come by, and remaining in the current role can be limiting if you like a challenge.

Pros

Company Culture is great. It's refreshing to hear that a company is doing things to ensure its culture and not just for profit. Intuit has its priorities in order. They ensure they are putting resources towards the most important things and try to cut out what is secondary. Of course, the benefits are amazing. I keep finding great new things about our benefits program.

Cons

Just like every large company, there are issues with politics and some employees not pulling their load. I feel this is minimized as well as it can be. Flex desk ... those need to go.
