Executive management is extremely out of touch with the market, their internal challenges, their partners views of them, the morale of employees, or their customers challenges' in doing business with them. They claim to be focused on improvements, but they have said that for over a decade and if anything, things have only gotten worse.

- Worst leadership and management at department and team level - While IB provides the work life balance, certain management folks do not follow through it for their team members and negatively assess the employees trying to live a balanced life. - organizational changes without proper communication - management tends to establish opinion of their employees immaturely and even act upon their opinion which affects the employees badly

Company benefits were very good, for a small company. There is not much more to say that is good about Iron Bow Technologies.

Training for job positions are lacking. When asking for more training, managers tend not to allow room for improvement; they tend to draw their own conclusions, and do not base decisions on facts.
