      Management makes money Only benefit is holiday party

      1. Salary: not paid on time, always lag of more than 1 month 2. Hardly pays bonus, again it is employees money. 3. Management tries to cut money in the name of advance, medical very often without any reasons. 4. HR team never answers any of the questions 5. No benefits for employees from company. 6. No Job search support

      Istream is excellent company who takes cares of their employees very well, pays good salaries, nice bonus, excellent benefits, good medical and dental insurance, easy accessibility to management team, and good client list

      Need to increase sales strength outside DC metro

      Pros

      They don't provide benifits, but pay additional bonus and expenses which will help in many ways.

      Cons

      You will never get paid on time. Payperiods are always delayed and are out of range. They are not consistent . It is very fortunate that a company of more than 10 yrs old is having so many issues in paying to their employees. Only if they do better job in paying they will have good future.
