Management doesn't manage projects to the point they give a project to the engineering department months late and still ask them to complete the project as if they have had it for months. Very little resources available to complete projects. They say they are a ISO 9001 certified company but they don't follow any of their written policies, and they lack policies for almost everything. Management asks the engineers to give more even when they have given a lot as if their efforts were worthless or unnoticed. They are starting to cut corners on product quality in order to bring down their cost. They lie to their customer on how we are doing in meeting their requirements.
