Pros

Supervisors go out of their way to Help you accomplish your goals. There are great learning tools and resources. Lastly, positive attitudes with employment appreciation.

Cons

Although there is a great bonus structure, moving up in positions is difficult due to so many tenured employees.

Pros

JM&A has a very strong and positive culture. Their benefits and compensation are amazing, and there is opportunity for career and personal development. They never cease to amaze me with the care and attention they give the associates. It really is like a family and a very positive work environment to be in. Also, the campus is beautiful!!

Cons

Not a con by any means, but no one leaves. That is how amazing this company is. Seeing tenured associates working 20+ years is very common.
