      Benefits, opportunity for lots of work when busy, leadership seems to care about keeping employees happy

      Cons

      Work life balance due to travel can be bad when the company is busy, office environment is pretty standard and doesn’t offer an atmosphere for a lot of interaction or collaboration between emploees
