Pros
There are so many resources available to employees to grow their skill set and explore other career interests across the company. As an engineer you also have access to any software you want.
Cons
The Knoxville office specifically is far outside of the city and most employees don’t socialize outside of their team. The office environment is very antisocial and bland at times. People are nice, but you definitely have to put in a lot of effort to make connections with people.
