Pros

From LG 12 and down, most of the people are great to work with; some higher-level managers are also good.

Cons

The CEO and current executive staff have drastically changed the company. Thought I would be a lifer after more than 24 years and HS and O performance ratings the last 5 years, but was shown the door in the summer of 2024. Saw big changes coming after a lot of the executive staff started exiting after 2020 and outside consultants were brought in. Totally changed the culture and dynamics of a once great company.

Pros

Opportunities to seek different parts of the organization (3 8-month rotations)

Cons

Even when you find a team that's a good fit, there's no mechanism to transition into a permanent role with that team Your internal job applications are disregarded until you complete your third rotation Annual salary increases fail to keep pace with inflation
