      Pros

      The company values its employees by providing the best support for personal and career growth. I also like working remotely and the flexibility of adjusting my schedule when needed. My manager and teammates are very supportive. The developers get to attend technical conferences (KCDC). Apart from that, we have a dedicated learning hour each week. Pros: - Remote Work - Flexible schedule - Excellent work-life balance - Wellness workshops for personal development - Technical conferences for career growth - Supportive manager and co-workers
