      Nice if you jumped on a high level salary. Follows Polish laws.

      Cons

      Strongly dependent on a project you are a part of. Hard to grow in numbers. Can lay off at any time even during a day.

      Pros

      One of the key advantages is the amazing team — it's truly a pleasure to work in such an environment. My colleagues are always ready to help and support each other. The salary is competitive, and the office is comfortable, making it easy to stay productive and motivated.

      Cons

      One minor downside is the coffee — it's not the best

      Kaseya is a great place to start a career

      Pros

      Nice and friendly culture. Great to start a career as there are lots of opportunities to take on new challenges and learn a lot.

      Cons

      Salary increases are a bit low. Employee benefits such happy hours, free stuff, and free lunches was mostly removed last year. Default medical insurance could be much better in the US.

We currently offer competitive starting salaries, annual performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package which includes a PPO health plan, life insurance, and disability insurance without any recurring costs for employee only coverage. Our PTO and national holidays are in line with our industry and company size. Further, most employees are eligible for equity option grants effectively making employees part owners of the company, which is something not many other private organizations offer. We’re a unique company with a tremendous growth trajectory and we love to reward our employees who contribute to our success!
