Not a fast pace training.
Cons
Company doesn’t tell you that if you fail a test at the end of the four weeks of training you will lose your job. They lie to you and make you think you are hired but at the end of you don’t make it you are out. Their excuse is that they hire you with the expectation that you are going to pass. But tell you that after they have let you go and you’ll have to figure out how the rest after your only source of income is cut instantly.
