      The training employees receive and the clients you work with are top notch. Team based management style in a company with a win-win or no deal philosophy. Benefits are over 20% of salary, something rare in this industry.

      Great people and it’s close to a lot of good restaraunts

      Cons

      The work at atmosphere isn’t great, lots of working overtime, very odd company culture, a lot of sitting in very boring hours long company meetings even if the topic doesn’t relate to you, the office is not nice and there is barely any parking, some people are very incompetent and bad at their jobs but the CEO praises them like they are the best.
