      Pros

      I would definitely give the entire establishment and overall great review everywhere from the front office all the way up to higher management. They were nothing but considerate, classful and caring. Everybody takes care of each other and make sure everybody progresses even with slight struggles in the way.

      Cons

      They're the location is one of the best in the city of Philadelphia it was also at times a bit of an inconvenience with arriving/deporting guests.

      Pros

      In my interview with my first GM, I remember him saying to me, "If you're ready for a career this is the job/company for you." 9 years later I still believe that. I have stuck around not because of the benefits and family atmosphere, but because of how each leader I've worked with has invested in me. They've allowed me to find my way as a leader and jumped in when I've needed support.

      Pros

      It's an OK company - Lot's of talk, but not any different than most other Hotel companies. Nevertheless, the slight difference they do offer is worth it, in comparison to the other brands that still operate like they did in the 1930's.

      Cons

      Low salary and terrible HR. Depending on what region you are in - There have been horrible experiences for many many people.
