Lots of bait and switch. For example, pay structure has changed a couple of different times. Directors and C-Level team is never on the same page. No PTO offered and that wont probably change so prepare to work your buns off. No growth opportunities at all, they say there is but in reality there isn't. No annual raises. Some employees have been here for years and new techs joining make more money. Leadership does not seem to open to taking into account how their employees feel or how high the turnover is. Techs are fired without notice or even a written/verbal warning if you do not perform or answer calls.

No holidays or paid time off.
