      Too much favoritism. Managers sweep serious things under the rug and don't report it to HR. Can be a very hostile environment. Expected to give all your time to the company

      Zero training. Management is awful. If you mention anything that could be done to improve your general health at the workplace (ie ergonomics), the solution is an offer to cut your hours.
