Nice Group of People, Management Lacking

Pros

I enjoyed the people I worked with, they were quite helpful, however the management was not quite friendly. The location is really nice is a suburban neighborhood which is a good area to walk around.

Cons

Krasdale unfortunately doesn't help you to move up but keeps you in production work for quite a while with very repetitive work. The management is quite unfriendly and not very talkative. They give you very little feedback.

Management will micromanage every action that you do. Be prepared to do other ppl’s job. Pay is below average Management likes to make decisions that affect employees without consulting them. Employees are treated like students rather than associates No overtime or holiday pay
