      Friendly environment, nice team mates, nice summer days and dinner organizations for teams, yearly 2000 EUR training budget, cares for the employees, room for growth

      Cons

      A negative thing can be the head of IT management changes a lot so it would be better to stick one person to reach, follow the goals
