Pros

Team members are usually dope but even if they are difficult to tolerate you primarily work as an individual with occasional communication via messages. Outside of cons the work is easy/laid back. Customers are usually understanding and cool people to deal with. Compensation is great for how easy the work is plus tips are great if your customer service is good. All I did was be myself & got cashed out everyday. The manager Melissa is cool people to if she still there that is. Janet is the main manager that drivers deals with when it comes to time off and shift flexibility. She is usually cool people but lacks understanding on occasion. You should be able to work with her though if you're a levelheaded & hardworking person though. Schedule can be tweaked/personalized but not set in stone though so pay close attention & beware of scheduled changes. Keep records & notes of every conversation/documents or interactions with management trust me it'll definitely come in handy & don't hesitate to do your own research on regulations because they will definitely slip up but will try to spin it on you if you are not paying close attention. Call out bullish & stick up for yourself obviously in a professional/respectful yet definitive manner to show that respect is expected on both ends blood. Communicate/Articulate your messages well & it will make a huge difference. All in all get in, work hard & efficient, bread will stack towards whatever path your trying to reach plus get deals on weed if you smoke.

Cons

Management is not well versed in how things translate to real world scenarios and as such expected unrealistic outcomes. Basically the new rules and procedures they come up with rarely effect the job of drivers/bud-tenders in an positive or effective way. It usually leads to slower delivery ETA, unorganized product, dangerous situations for drivers, lengthy shifts that leave drivers fatigued, shifts uncovered that causes other drivers to pick up the slack, unnecessary confrontations with customers & unsafe vehicles. Getting time off is very difficult due to the whole management not having realistic expectations so don't expect to get holidays and other important days off if you don't plan months in advance. Also using your sick time will be very unnecessarily difficult even with valid excuses & doctors notes. All in all if you understand why your here its a cake walk, work hard and efficient but don't take things to seriously and it'll be easy money.

Pros

The pay was good and the customers and my coworkers were all friendly. Everything was easy to learn and customers loved the product and tipped well. Pays better than doordash.

Cons

Customers sometimes make you wait and will back up orders especially on busy nights. Lots of driving but that is to be expected with delivery job.
