      Pros

      Benefits are good (healthcare, dental, vision, 401k matching, and PTO/unlimited sick leave) Coworkers and employees are extremely nice and helpful at every location (even across states and in different countries)

      Cons

      Values don’t necessarily align with mine especially with the current government administration and policy changes to accommodate certain things. No bonuses, incentives, etc. No WFH or hybrid or remote schedules (it’s at your manager’s discretion on allowance to WFH on a particular day due to kids, emergency, etc)

      Pros

      Easy paycheck with decent job security. Have great work life balance and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Salary is lower than market and not enough in the current economy, tech stack is a bit dated but thats to be expected in the defense industry. The benefits are good but the cost of them can eat into your paycheck. Raise schedule is yearly and a measly 3% which has not kept up with inflation these last few years. RTO has also been implemented and work from home options are non-existent.

      Upper management issues, Harris has come in and removed a lot of what made L3 feel like a small big company
