Overall good environment to work in. High customer traffic.

Cons

“Boys club” definitely exists here. Poor benefits options. Sales is 100% commission. No base pay. 50-60 hour work weeks.

Pros

Good starting Pay but no promotion after 90 day period. Flexible schedule but susceptible to being changed with little to no notice with certain positions. Room for advancement within the company for promotions. Not all positions offer a promotion. No matter how hard you work. Advancement can be attained but only when and if the position is open.

Cons

Bi monthly pay makes it almost unbearable to etch a lifestyle or even pay obligations on time. No raise offered after the 90 day period. False advertising. Get it in writing before on boarding with company.
