This pace leads to rapid burnout hence the reason it's not a viable option long-term. While peak workloads are common in most businesses, this company operates at that intensity year-round. While not always the case, leadership occasionally makes uncertain or delayed decisions often driven by fear or their limited experience which does contribute to the instability. Many who remain do so mainly for the competitive pay and benefits or their title rather than a sustainable work environment.
