Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found this to be a positive opportunity for college students, as we strive to provide flexible roles that support both academic and professional development. We also recognize that working in student housing can involve engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including parents and guarantors, which can sometimes be challenging. Strong communication and customer service are an important part of these roles, and we aim to support our teams in navigating those interactions professionally and effectively

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you highlighted our competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and the potential for career growth—these are all areas we are committed to maintaining and improving. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding scheduling, travel requirements, and workload. Many of our roles, particularly in development and construction, do require structured schedules, travel, and extended hours during critical phases of a project. While these demands can be challenging, they are often tied to the pace and complexity of delivering high-quality communities.

Pros

Great staff when I worked there

Cons

No room for promotion. No future. Low pay . One of the Lowest pay for maintenance in the area. You’re expected to do everything in house and they won’t pay for the parts you need to fix things. The only people making money are management. They’re well taken care of. You’re have to commit to working every day for a month during summer.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations and appreciate you taking the time to provide insight into your concerns. We recognize that compensation, career growth, and day-to-day support are critical to the employee experience. We strive to offer competitive pay aligned with each market, while also providing opportunities for advancement across our portfolio. In many cases, career growth is most accelerated in larger markets or for team members who are open to relocation, where there are more properties, roles, and leadership opportunities available.
