Business Outlook
Pros
Relatively laid back atmosphere. Can work from home occasionally in some departments. Sales department seems okay. Perfect for someone looking to coast. Benefits are pretty decent, although the health plan might not be ideal for some. Basically "shut down" for the week of Christmas/New Years.
Cons
Can't recommend the marketing department until major changes are made. Very unorganized. Strongly influenced by Germany HQ. Overall poor leadership from the top down causing low morale. No true opportunities for advancement, also lacking in company culture. Definitely some weird politics among the company that might lead to frustration.
