Pros

Pioneer and current leader in the Feature Management space. Great tool that provides an incredible amount of value to customers.

Cons

- Currently a single threaded offering in a very competitive space. There may be a concern that the that the competition is catching up faster than LD is differentiating and adding additional functionality. - Technical teams only trained on the core product, and do not have expertise or knowledge in additional platform offerings such as experimentation. - HR leadership is dismissive and a possible lawsuit waiting to happen

I am sorry to read that this happened. Our recruiting teams do not operate with the intention of misleading candidates. While this is unfortunate, I do want to let you know that voices like yours have been heard. We have since updated the frequency for when our Board of Directors approves stock equity grants. It is the industry norm to do so on a quarterly basis, but in our effort to provide an excellent employee experience, we have recently decided to work with our Board to do so on a monthly basis. Thank you for bringing this to light, our hope is that this tighter time gap will decrease the potential for this to reoccur.

Pros

The product is top notch and nearly sells itself. They have the industry lead and are continuing to grow

Cons

The culture internally is so woke it is unbearable. If you do not pick up the banner and champion every cause, you will be made to feel terrible. Example, lets show a list of everyone who donated to a not work relate cause in an All Hands. Not on the list, well hopefully you will be next time. Company would rather make sure they look good to meet full equality standards than actually work to ensure they support everyone equally. Work/Life balance - they talk it up, but in reality it is only if you are exceeding expectations (which is the best of the best) that you are allowed to have it.

Pros

Solid product Good pay Fair benefits Remote first environment

Cons

Since Edith (co-founder) stepped away and new leadership came in, things have taken a serious downturn. The new regime unfortunately came with a massive ego, which has driven away many of the talented leaders who once made this place great. This, coupled with poor decision-making and layoffs, continues to drive good people away. It seems like the new VPs, taking the place of the old good ones, also subscribe to a similar model of rip and replace. Good news for the competition; this place is rotting from the inside.
