Upper management uses bullying instead of training and increased resources. No training is ever provided. You receive a long list of duties that are not achievable and then yelled at. Support staff is minimized beyond a crucial point. The overall mental health of employees is not ever a consideration. People have been told to bring their sick children in so they can work. Lunch breaks have been denied, which is illegal. The benefits are confusing and you’re never afforded time to try to understand them. Everyone is angry all the time. The stress is so intense health problems begin to accumulate. This business practice should be illegal.
