We appreciate candid feedback from former and current employees. More contemporary communication avenues like Glassdoor have not always been a core part of our focus. So, while we realize this is a much delayed response, your feedback was recently brought to our attention and we recognize it certainly deserves a response.
While these are strong feelings, we hope that in your time with us you came forward to share these thoughts. We strive to provide the best experience for our employees, because that in turn helps us provide the best experience for our clients. We are proud of having many employees with tenures well in excess of ten years and who have grown professionally within the organization during their tenure. Here's some detailed information about how we approach things:
1. We are managed by an Operating Committee of both senior leaders and junior managers to represent the mosaic of age, gender, ethnicities, and backgrounds of our employees, advisors and clients.
2. Our Operating Committee continually surveys employees, advisors, peers, and clients to gauge our culture, processes, policies and benefits to measure satisfaction, success and improvements that may be needed.
We’re proud to note that Lenox has been listed as a “Great Place to Work” in 2017, 2018, and 2019 based on our employees’ response to Fortune’s annual survey.
