      PTO is generous If you're on the right team, hours and working from home can be flexible Donation matching to charity

      Cons

      Middle-management is unhelpful, not-knowledgeable, and petty Upper-management is deaf and disengaged from what's happening on the ground-level No incentive to achieve Few/no growth opportunities Archaic, proprietary technologies, and flat-out refusal to consider changing them

      Hostile and sexist workplace

      Pros

      Some of the technology is interesting, mainly the data, not their antiquated stack.

      Cons

      Management seems to only promote white men. The company is being sued by female employees for wage discrimination based on an audit performed by federal government. Existing management micromanaged employees and wages are not competitive.

      In most departments it's a Monday-Friday job

      Cons

      Favoritism is rampant. If they don't like you, they find a reason to fire you. The pay is low, especially compared to the office in Alpharetta. The raises are extremely low, as are the bonuses. The main reason I've seen people leave is the pay.
