Management is beyond bad, you have to show me more is what they say every time you ask for a raise, but you travel for weeks with out seeing your family, weather conditions are not always good, you do work reports, hours reports, parts request, you have to reply to every email, expense reports, and tons more things you have to do and they ask for more. When you travel the people watching you work at the ports are making more money then the engineer that's fixing a crane that cost millions of dollars, and by the way your fixing hydraulic electrical and mechanical. The job should be paying around 30-35 but its a German company so whites, blacks, and Latinos get paid in the teens while your German co-workers are doing the same job as you but getting paid 35-40 an hour. Most of the people that work at liebherr have never had another job and some become management with zero experience. so you can only image what a bad manager that person will be. Another thing if you think your going to enter the company and eventually grow or move up potions your crazy, IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN.
