      Pros

      The facilities are beautiful and in club culture can be much better depending on the region and in club leadership.

      Cons

      Toxic corporate culture - sexist & demeaning. Limited to no room for upward mobility with the expectation that people will run themselves into the ground for the company. The CEO creates a chaotic and fear-based environment and surrounds himself with "yes men". There is no long term strategy and each quarter the strategic focus and tactics change. I'm surprised they are still in business and haven't declared bankruptcy.

      healthy way of life company. Health and fitness are a priority. Bosses are flexible for people with young kids.

      Cons

      CEO drives the company every with way and at the expense of your pay. No clear succession or career path.
