Pros
Good salary while it lasts. A couple decent programs. Some, SOME good people. Not from Corporate, but local.
Cons
Proprietary Education is an endangered species. Lincoln has lasted longer than other local for-profit schools, but the whole industry is circling the drain. The numbers you are expected to hit are not realistic for this era, people have wised-up to proprietary education. The Admissions model itself is built on the shark-tank mentality of expected 50% turnover annually, and it's a fear-based model of losing your job instead of rewarding you for achievement. That isn't just Lincoln, it's the whole industry. If you are a newbie don't delude yourself that it is a career, and if you're a veteran then you know what you're in for and are probably already thinking about your next job. Lincoln does have a good Diesel and CNC program.
