      Pros

      Incredible room to grow. I started in customer support and was able to grow and shift roles with the assistance of my peers and management to engineering.

      Cons

      There's been a lot of growing pains, especially with the recent Akamai acquisition.

      Pros

      Offers a large platform with a bunch of unique technical challenges that result in a really tantalizing chance to learn and grow. Fellow employees are highly capable and happy to collaborate.

      Cons

      Some homegrown solutions do pose a difficult initial learning curve.

      Pros

      Great perks and great people. We've experienced a lot of growing pains in the last few years, and I think we've made some mistakes in hiring management, but overall it does feel like everyone is genuinely trying to make the organization a better place to work.

      Cons

      Growing pains with regards to managers understanding in the tech and interest in the engineer, as well as guidance for continued growth. However I think this is starting to improve with internal promotions of sr engineers into managers.
