      good benefits but high rates; nice warehouse

      the expression too many cooks only one broth... seemed disorganized; high learning curve with high expectations with very little leadership; too many meetings;

      Pros

      Vision and Dental benefits are excellent. Regular pay raises, 3 sick days a year. Great awards programs.

      Cons

      Went from 5 to 3 sick days and cut our breaks from 4 to 2 per day. Still not a deal breaker
