      Program gives you 3 years of 3 different roles to expand your experience. They also have great travel opportunities, and they pay for your MBA.

      Cons

      It can feel like a lot to learn quickly, and a heavy work load to manage. Just take it one day at a time.

      Pros

      - ELDP is a great program with supportive managers - the program itself has been helpful to develop myself. - pay is decent - promotions are good too

      Cons

      - you have your Eldp manager and then your rotation manager and sometimes the rotation manager can be not the best. - expected to participate in social things and volunteering outside of work. Could be a pro too depending on perspective. - honestly wouldn’t recommend if you’re my friend unless you’re really into the jets
