Closed culture. If you're not Christian AND conservative, it becomes and awkward place to work. If prayer during townhalls and biblical messages sent during holidays (regardless if it's a religious holiday), might offend you, then this is not the company for you. If you are Christian or can accept a narrow and less accepting culture, you'll be fine. Once a true family company, because of rapid growth and PE ownership, 'family' is now simply a buzz word. Very unfortunate
