As the company grows, benefits have been enhanced but we do fall short on offering a short-term disability program. Would also like the ability to carry over more than 2 weeks vacation to have a cushion in case you do need to be off more an a day or two.
There are not enough opportunities to advance in the company as those leadership roles are few. This is not meant to be a criticism but an observation.
Telecommuting & 4-day work weeks would be a wonderful addition to the flexibility of the company. Some employees need a little more flexibility in their schedule.
As with all companies, communication can be much improved. I understand that everything cannot be shared or there is not enough time to share from the corporate side but it is exciting to be in the "know" of what's coming along & to feel that you are part of this growth.
