Pros

Stocked kitchen and parties... but who cares when everything else is a mess and the company is cut throat.

Cons

Thinks they have Google money, spend wrecklessly, Lusha has only been in the US for less than a year, leases a suite at the Prudential.... but laid off 30% of their staff? YIKES hahaha. Great PR for a product that already exists but somehow they think they pioneered it all on their own. Double YIKES. Hires young people and sells them on a vision that doesn't exist by love bombing them with gifts, food, outings, diners etc.

Pros

Amazing gossip because I found the right people.

Cons

Navigating through the challenges of being a startup is one thing, but how many 'growing pains' are truly necessary? At the very least, our product needs to work. The current atmosphere is not just toxic but also nonsensical. People are rude and inappropriate. Getting straightforward answers from HR on basic employment inquiries seems to be an ongoing struggle. Some of the practices observed here are borderline illegal. The leadership's decision not to share the internal eNPS score for the US office was deeply disappointing. If there's no intention to conceal the score, transparency would be greatly appreciated. We are eager to understand why it was different this time. During the recent all-hands meeting, the CEO proudly touted Lusha's 'efficiency' for spending less money than other companies of similar size. But should we really celebrate this? It comes across more as a reluctance to invest in our product and an indication of inadequate compensation. Such a stance fails to acknowledge the hard work put in by the employees.

Pros

Stocked kitchen and GrubHub stipend

Cons

Worst company I’ve ever worked for. The culture is frat-like. Employees display consistent inappropriate behavior with no repercussions. Managers only care about making money. Their strategy and our sales quota charges constantly. Plus they have the worst paternity leave policy—- one week for fathers. That should say it all. The HR team is not helpful. After conversations I could tell my feedback was going no where and she didn’t care about me. She is blind to how the Boston office feels and does not make any effort to advocate for us.
