      Pros

      I enjoyed the doctors that I worked with. I felt that I was able to create a good relationship with them.

      Cons

      Some staff was always favored over others. Certain employees would get most of the work piled on them while others got to sit around and play on their phones or go home early. When the rest of the staff complained, nothing was ever done about it.
