Pros

Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

Working environment was extremely toxic. OL never came to work. SOA was frequently rude and disrespectful. Disorganization was seen a humorous. Teams were staffed with a skeleton crew. No effort was made to bring structure and stability to the workplace.

Drivers get to rent with no proper background check or credit history. Benefits were great

Weekly rental rate starts at 275 to 470 Vehicles are unsafe vehicles battery issues or are dead on electrical vehicles, tires are not inspected, transmission issues, vehicles CA inspections are fake and etc. Stressful work environment Bad management Fraudulent and scams drivers to rent when Lyft pays you less To work there you lying
