      Friendly colleagues and co-workers. Great work culture. Advanced tech stack where you will learn a lot. Interesting projects and assignments.

      Upper leadership seems disconnected from the good work you do.

      Good compensation, bad management

      Pros

      The compensation is really good. Some projects are actually interrested. Collegues are really strong experts in the field (except few of them).

      Cons

      Management is terrible. In order to safe company from bankruptcy they do quite strange things. Many projects are dead from the beginning. And because of these some employees are doing fake projects just to be promoted.

      Good engineers, culture, work/life balance, full remote (until new CEO).

      Cons

      My team was good before layoffs. After new CEO it's a different company.
