We appreciate the review. We agree that we have a good culture and great team, but we're confused. We don't currently have plans to close an office in Bangalore. In fact, we're expanding our India Team.

Pros

The company fosters a competitive spirit, encouraging teams to excel while offering bonuses tied to overall company performance. Employees have access to LinkedIn Learning for skill development, fostering career advancement. There’s a genuine commitment to building positive customer relationships and creating a high-quality product, along with compelling technology aimed at ensuring road safety. Recognizing efforts, the company implements quarterly awards based on peer nominations. Colleagues are dedicated and supportive, while direct leadership much further down the tree is passionate about achieving collective goals and empowering team members.

Cons

At a recent All Hands meeting following layoffs, the CEO dismissed concerns regarding morale by suggesting there were no issues and labeling negative Glassdoor feedback as from "disgruntled people in their dark caves." This response felt dismissive to many, invalidating employee frustrations and signaling a disconnect between leadership and individual contributors. There's a growing sense that management may overlook the hard work of employees as restructuring occurs frequently—at least twice yearly—with teams being cut to save costs. Conversations across teams reveal an increasing pressure and feeling of being overwhelmed by workload, while compensation increases seem minimal despite favorable peer and managerial reviews, potentially lagging behind the cost of living.
