      Poor Training Program and Sloppy Accounting

      Good benefits and pay. Excellent Coporate Culture.

      Cons

      Poor training for finance personnel. Sloppy accounting. Every accounting discrepancy is habitually considered too immaterial to rectify. Financially they focus too much on the P&L and completely ignore the balance sheet. While there, we encountered a period that had not been closed and the CFO and the controller did not know about it until the auditors brought it to their attention.
