Pros

1. HR does an amazing job onboarding new employees! 2. Employees are awesome to work with and very friendly. 3. They have a nice new office complex with easy access from freeway.

Cons

1. Managers lack any sort of planning skills. 2. Overuse of Sprints with deadlines, creating a high-pressure work environment. 3. Very high employee turn-over rate. 4. At the annual company meeting there was NO talk about product goals! One of the company goals for 2021 was to reach 250 employees!? 5. Exceptional work is not recognized. 6. Under paid for the amount of skill and effort put in.

To the readers: As a three year Top Workplaces Winner, (voted by employees) and with annual voluntary turnover under 10%, I am sure you can all discern that the frustration this employee felt may be causing a slanted review. While we greatly appreciate the positive comments about HR and the friendliness of the team, I will say that we were recently in a huge push with a big project and it did put pressure on some of the team members. However, anyone in development knows that there are times with intensity and times with a more relaxed pace. Items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 on the CONS are all false. Please read all the reviews with a grain of salt when a former employee is clearly disgruntled and presenting a one-sided viewpoint.

To the Author: We appreciate all feedback even when it is critical. Since you indicated that you are a current employee, I invite you to reach out to me personally (and confidentially) to discuss your concerns. If you don't want to talk with me, please reach out to someone else who you trust to listen objectively. To the Reader: We have hired family and will no doubt continue. This is a privately held company, started by a family in the business and grown from a small family owned entity to a much larger organization. However, we don't wish to lose the family feel and we hire qualified people who apply, less than 5 are family members and the rest are people who are not known to us until we interview them unless they were referred by an employee. We often hire employee 's children for internships and we feel this is a great way to help our own work family as well as other young aspiring professionals to explore their careers.

Pros

On a lower level, people are great to work with. Great Health Benefits.

Cons

Upper management tends to be near sighted and tunnel visioned. Compensation is not competitive, as they push "we are opposite direction from Atlanta." Too many responsibilities on one person, leads to bottle necking and added pressure. Very bad work/life balance, as some testing/deployments can go past midnight.

We appreciate your comments and the good thing is HR's door is open and I'll listen and act if you want to talk specifics. Remember we conduct an annual survey through which we make positive change. To anyone who reads this - we strongly encourage communication and want our team members to reach out to someone in leadership if they have concerns.
