      Pros

      I started working at MFS Engineering in August 2015 as a temporary member. I am in love with what I do here. I am allowed to express my thoughts and use my creativity and it actually matters to them. therefore, I consider myself as a part of this team and I will do whatever I can to get hired as a Perm for this position. Firm is growing there will be great job opportunities out there very soon.

      Compensations are given based on skills and capabilities. You will grow and learn with the company.

      Cons: Workload can become intense during active project phases and deadlines. Communication and organization between projects sometimes feel inconsistent. Long travel days and field assignments can become exhausting over time.
